We offer comprehensive symptom evaluation on your initial visit and discuss the necessary labs based on your symptoms and history. Initial consultation is $250 and will be applied to our membership costs.

Once your labs are done we discuss the best hormone replacement options. We offer prescriptions for creams, patches, and pellets, etc. This is not a one size fits all approach. We will make the best plan with you as a partner in your health and its all included!

If you already get hormones from another provider and want to switch to us, no problem! We will get you started quicker. Make sure to bring your labs with you and current dosing of hormone and thyroid medications. You will automatically be converted to our monthly membership program.

Why do you need to consider hormone replacement?

​

Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can be important for a variety of reasons, particularly when the body’s natural hormone levels decline or become imbalanced. Here are some of the key reasons why it might be important:

1. Menopause and Perimenopause

In women, as they approach menopause, the production of estrogen and progesterone decreases, leading to symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, vaginal dryness, and sleep disturbances. HRT helps by replacing these hormones, easing many of these symptoms, and improving quality of life.

2. Osteoporosis Prevention

Estrogen plays a significant role in maintaining bone density. After menopause, women are at higher risk for osteoporosis (a condition where bones become weak and brittle). HRT can help maintain bone health and reduce the risk of fractures.

3. Testosterone Decline in Men

In men, testosterone levels naturally decline as they age, typically starting around the age of 30. Low testosterone can result in symptoms like fatigue, reduced libido, decreased muscle mass, and mood changes. Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) helps to restore these levels, improving energy, mood, and sexual function.

How Our Hormone Program Works:

A patient new to hormones needing a full evaluation and hormones and close management and follow-up of hormones will be placed on our initial 4 month all inclusive plan.

 

We take the guess work out of wondering what you need and we do all the steps for you. So, you can just get to feeling better, stronger, improve your relationships, sleep better, etc.

This is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $1199.00

Initial Consultation:

Our Nurse Practitioners and staff will provide a personal consultation to go over your health history and symptoms. and develop an individualized plan based on these factors.

Cost of consultation fee is $250.

If patient wants to convert to hormone program,  $250 fee will be applied to the all-inclusive hormone program and will only be charged $1199.

 

Once a patient is enrolled in 4 month program:

(1)    We will send you for initial labs to CPL labs

(2)    You will come in office or telemedicine for an in-depth analysis of hormonal issues and plan for improvement. We will then send your hormone prescriptions

(4)    Additional labs will be drawn at 6 weeks-2 months to check hormone levels

(3)    After lab results are in, you will have a follow-up visit 7 weeks-3 months after starting hormones.

(5)    All hormones listed are included in the price for 4 months (can include Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone, DHEA). If patient needs thyroid medication, this will be an additional cost.

 

The purpose of the follow-up visits are to assist in the optimization and balancing of all hormones prescribed for your program, the relief of symptoms and the achievement of optimal health. All consults are included as part of your hormone program pricing as are all administrative fees and costs. If you elect to discontinue the program for any reason, you will not be entitled to any of these benefits or a refund on products/services.

After initial 4 month program, patients will be transitioned to monthly membership. Patients will be auto-drafted monthly and a credit card fee will be added to membership.

 

*There is a 4 month minimum membership requirement for topical, oral, injectable, or patch hormones.

*There is a 6 month minimum membership requirement for all pellet clients. Each time a client receives pellets, there is an automatic 6 month membership requirement.

 

Pre-Menopausal Patient:

Commonly recommended Hormones include: Progesterone, Thyroid, DHEA and/or Testosterone. Pellets included.

Cost is $279/month (up to 3 hormones). Additional hormones will be added at additional cost.

 

Post-Menopausal Patient:

Commonly recommended Hormones include: Estradiol, Progesterone, Thyroid, DHEA and Testosterone. Pellets included.

Cost is $329/month (up to 4 hormones). Additional hormones will be added at additional cost.

 

Male Patient:

Commonly recommended Hormones include: Testosterone, DHEA and Thyroid. Pellets included.

Cost is $329/month (up to 3 hormones). Additional hormones will be added at additional costs.

 

We are a cash pay clinic. Insurance processing and or reimbursement is not our responsibility.

 

Our Bioidentical Hormones and many of our other medications and Nutraceuticals come from Top-Rated, High Quality Compounding Pharmacies and Natural Supplement providers around the U.S. The quality and standards of our hormones and supplements are of critical importance to us and to the health and success of our patients. We do not use other pharmacies for hormones outside of these accredited Compounding Pharmacies.
